The Veteran stated the following, "Jasmine is very personable and communicates in a mild and even tone. She attends to ALL situations with a positive, motivated, and 'can-do' attitude." The Veteran was very appreciative of professionalism and expertise exemplified by Ms. Hendrix. He concluded the nomination by stating, "Her attitude and demeanor makes the patient feel very important. She treated me with the utmost dignity and respect."
