Jasmine has been our Leader for about a year and I can’t believe all the improvements that she has made to our department. She has made things so much more efficient. She comes to work every day in a cheerful mood. She has this gentle disposition that is immediately warming to anyone that meets her. She greets each day with a warm genuine smile and hello. She leaves these little notes all around the department to let each of us know she is thankful for our time given to the department. She listens to our concerns and follows through with absolutely everything, right down to the last detail.

She not only is our manager, but she steps in and does our job, right alongside us when needed, taking exemplary care of patients. She is always full of new ideas and welcomes ours as well. She encourages so many of us each day and helps staff work through difficult situations and includes necessary resources when needed. Jasmine has implemented a trustworthy environment where employees feel free to express their needs and encouraged us to go over and beyond. She is an excellent mentor and is always thinking of her employees. She has given special treats and activities for team building.

Simply put, Jasmine is always doing the right thing for our patients. She has created a stable work environment, where employees can go to her for problems, personal and professional. She treats each of us with respect and compassion and encourages us to achieve personal and professional goals. Jasmine has helped our department overcome adversity with staffing and making it fun and easy to come to work each day.
