Your number one employee, who was so kind and helpful to me, was Jasmine. Despite her many and extraordinary responsibilities at the hospital, she found the time to be helpful to me with the many questions and concerns that I had. She actually sat down in a chair next to my wife and me in an effort to be responsive and to give us her complete attention. Not only that, but she actually followed up with us as she said she would.
