The reasons I nominate Jasmine are as follows:
1. She is very caring and compassionate. She always sought to maintain a trusting relationship. She was always respectful and eager to serve. She was emotionally supportive by showing professional empathy during a particularly embarrassing moment.
2. Jasmine was very flexible with her time, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for service after ringing the call bell. She was very attentive to my needs.
3. Jasmine is a very polite and gracious caregiver. She always says "thank you" even though I've done nothing for her but allow her to wait on me. A true servant's heart!
4. Jasmine goes above and beyond in all that she does for me. Even with the seemingly little things she takes great care.
5. She definitely improved my quality of life. I believe her attentiveness to timing and details helped to expedite my healing process.
6. Jasmine consistently demonstrates competence, excellence, knowledge, and expertise in her field. Her smile and high energy are infectious.
