During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jasmine played a major role in receiving suspected and positive cases in the ER and collecting and sending samples to Latifa Lab. She was available any day and time for queries, following up reports, guiding staff for swab collection, and informing patients about the reports and formalities required if they turn positive. Good job, Jasmine!

Jasmine, apart from being a frontliner in a busy ER, took additional responsibilities of monitoring COVID-19 sample collection and results. She was available at all times for questions and concerns for staff and patients. Apart from these, she acted as a liaison with DHA and provided regular pandemic related updates to all staff of the hospital. Truly a brilliant job!!!
