Jasmine Pascual, BSN, RN

Even though Jasmine is an assistant head Nurse and is not on the floor, whenever she hears a patient crying she will pop in to see if she can provide assistance. There was a family that spoke Spanish and the child was crying profusely, Jasmine popped in and offered assistance. Since Jasmine is fluent in Spanish, the patient felt more comfortable with her and she was able to calm them down so they could receive all proper immunizations and bloodwork.
