Jasmine was so impressive with her knowledge of nursing and medications. She didn't skip a beat when I asked questions about the multiple medications I was taking and their potential side effects. When I was being discharged, she went through every medication with detailed instructions. She was compassionate, fun, and professional. It was clear to me why she was training. When she wheeled me out of the hospital, I felt like I was saying goodbye to a dear friend and felt like I was losing my lifeline to the hospital. She gave me a big bear hug that made me feel so important and loved.
