Jasmine reflects all the wonderful things in nursing. She is kind, patient, and compassionate, as well as intelligent, and motivated. Jasmine brings excellent care to her patients every day and she is recognized frequently by her colleagues. She also receives written cards from patients. She is even named on our google reviews. The comment cards, and Wows speak for themselves, but one of my favorite examples of Jasmine is when we had a very sick kiddo that needed to be flown out. Jasmine was charge nurse that day and stayed calm and kind in the middle of a very trying event. This really was an incredible moment to witness, and this is her every day.
