Jasmine Zamarripa, RN

It was an extremely busy night on pediatrics and Jasmine was the only Nurse in the Pediatric ED with 10 patients. As the Charge Nurse, I had a full load myself as was unable to help as much as I wanted to. Nevertheless, Jasmine kept a positive attitude and treated every patient with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Jasmine kept her sense of humor and never grumbled or complained. In spite of how busy it was, she somehow found the time to check on her fellow Nurses on the inpatient side.
