My grandmother fell and had a head bleed. She was intubated and we were told to not be too hopeful. Jason was not only patient with our large family, he took time with each family member to explain all test results, CT scans, and labs. He recognized that my dad and I are paramedics and changed his verbiage when he explained things to us. He answered every question professionally and never seemed annoyed. He looked ahead and tried to get labs ordered to show us the pH correction. As a paramedic, I encounter RNs every day. Jason is hands down the most compassionate, patient, and caring RN I have ever met. Within the first two hours of us being there, he knew all 13 of our names!
