My husband began his stay anxious and frustrated, which led to anger and unhappiness that wasn't helpful to his healing. All of his staff were friendly and professional. But Jason was the one who made a real difference. The change in my husband's demeanor once Jason became his nurse was noticeably positive.

Jason's effort to make a personal connection went above and beyond what others did. His humor and forthrightness put my husband in a better mood, which helped him hear what his team was saying and trust in the process. He was happier and more himself.
