Jason exemplifies FACES (Friendly, Available, Caring, Efficient and Safe) culture consistently. He plans fun team building activities for staff, prompt follow-up on requests for information or issues, engages staff and coordinates special teams to work on areas of needed improvement (i.e. falls), and addresses educational needs of staff (diabetes education, renal care - able to schedule good number of staff to attend special nursing conferences, support for special procedure education, etc).
I have seen so much professional growth in Jason in his managerial role.
