I recently delivered my baby at CRMC. I was there for multiple shift changes and had start to finish excellent nurses. Jason stood out to me after he had to deal with me two nights in a row. He was there for my awesome postpartum emotions, lack of simple breastfeeding knowledge, and sleepless nights. I'm a nurse elsewhere, and I know nurses can sometimes make the most difficult patients. Jason was super kind and patient with me. I had a few tearful meltdowns, had some gross/messy postpartum things happen, and I didn't sleep at all until he kept my baby for me long enough for me to nap (which I wouldn't have been comfortable with many people doing). He never made me feel like a pain in the butt, he never made me feel incompetent (I had ZERO clue about breastfeeding and really struggled with a good swaddle), and genuinely made me feel supported. He also did excellent, thorough assessments at every round for me and my baby. Jason also was very supportive of any questions my husband had and made him feel equally welcome.
CRMC has a solid nurse in this one!
