Jason has been nothing short of wonderful with my family member during his lengthy illness. He is personable, dependable, and truly empathetic. He shows proactive planning and great clinical judgment. Jason has been a great communicator throughout, making sure that necessary treatments and follow-up care are occurring. I have also heard feedback in our community from other family members of patients whose lives have been touched by Jason- all very positive. He even attended calling ours for a patient, after only a couple weeks of caring for her. He is such a great person. You are lucky to have him on your home health team.
