... I can overhear Jason with his patients and he explains things to them. He makes them feel comfortable, understanding their care and goals. Even with the stresses of the job, he is easy going and never ever shows frustration or anger and is always ready to help. As a new nurse, I have learned a lot from him. He has a lot of knowledge and is willing and eager to share or teach it to a co-worker in need. I hope that in my career, I can be as compassionate and dedicated as Jason is, and has taught me to be.
