My mother was in the ICU for several weeks it seemed, sedated and intubated. Jason (superman) was wonderful because he allowed us to be with my mom. He spoke to us with kindness and compassion even though he was working OT and could have been burnt out. He was consistently calm and supportive. As an RN, I recognize that each nurse is different and under certain circumstances we get overwhelmed and fall off track some days. We never saw that with Jason. He was always available and answered questions without judgment. Thank you Jason for your care and support in our difficult time of need.

Jason was the nurse caring for my mother the first week she was admitted. Being part of a large family we had people in and out of her room. All of our family members appreciated him answering the same question multiple times. He was understanding, and kind to us and our mother which we really valued especially at such a stressful time. Thanks again superman!
