There are people who just inherently know how to calm and exude confidence while dealing with others. I was in need of someone like that this morning, after an almost sleepless and very painful night, and there he was - Jason. Jason took over my situation and saw that the doctors came to my room and explained what was happening to me. He then explained what the doctors had said to me because I have very poor hearing. Jason is very knowledgeable and smart.
