...Frequently when on Leadership Rounds, patients and their families stop me to comment on the wonderful care they received from Jason. They use words and phrases to describe him such as kind, met all my needs, efficient, and compassionate. Jason is not only concerned about taking care of the needs of his patients but also making sure the staff’s needs are met. Jason is an excellent nurse and will go the extra mile to make the shift run smoothly and ensure the patients have what they need. He is organized, approachable and always helpful.
