I would like to commend Jason for the excellent care that I received under his supervision in ICU. He demonstrated understanding, patience, and great empathy for my needs and questions. He is a very hard worker, but never busy to help me with whatever needs I had. He made my stay very pleasant and was always teaching me new things about what was going on with my tests, my body which eased my mind and helped me not to worry. This hospital is blessed to have such a wonderful nurse as him. He always came in with a smile, ready for the day and focused. Thank you, Jason, for all that you do. You are truly an asset to your profession.

I am proud to work with Mr. Jason Phan, as his manager for the past three years. He has been working at our medical center since 2009 but most notably, for the last nine years of his career, he has been a committed Neuroscience ICU nurse. During his time as an ICU nurse, he continued to pursue higher education and advancement in his career as a Nurse Practitioner. His kindness, warmth and giving his patients that extra smile and laughter were noticeable. He has no hesitation in helping other nurses with procedures, admission, emergency situations, and even a simple thing as answering the call light of a patient. Jason always has a smile and is ready to take on any assignment. He is friendly to all his patients and co-workers. It is a pleasure to have him on our nursing team.
