My 81-year-old father, was in ICU for 3 days before he passed away from lung failure. Jason was always professional and kind to my dad, even when my dad was very confused and anxious. What I remember most was Jason's kind words of, "Mr. M, you've done nothing wrong, it's okay. It's not your fault."
Those words would calm my dad when I or nothing else could. I can't begin to express how much that meant to me. Anyone who chooses the nursing profession needs to be caring and compassionate, but Jason is a true example of a caregiver who truly cares!
