Dr. Jason Sasser was nominated for his dedication to student learning and innovation. He takes the time to connect with the current generation of students in his teaching through the integration of various types of technology and in his way of thinking. He enriches the students' learning experiences by incorporating evidence-based practice supported by current research and journal articles. Professor Sasser is an excellent role model for his students as an educator, nurse practitioner, and life-long learner. He is always willing to listen critically and give honest, helpful feedback to students and colleagues. Professor Sasser is an outstanding faculty member who advocated for his students and the success of Loewenberg College of Nursing.
