Jason is an excellent nurse and his care was outstanding. We were advised that we were going to be discharged to a facility (LTAC) in St. Petersburg or Dunedin which would have created a tremendous hardship on the family. I was so upset! Jason suggested Connorton which would be close to my home. He did his clinicals there and talked to us about it and the care we would receive at this LTAC. Before this, I never knew what an LTAC was. He eased our fears. Jason always took the extra time to reassure us about our care and our pending journey to home.
