I am honored to nominate Jason Smith, our Center City Emergency Department Manager. Jason joined us at the beginning of a Pandemic and hopped right in with both feet! He is very open, approachable, kind, compassionate, strategic, and hard working. Not only was he tackling the ever-changing changes that came with COVID, but he also managed to spot and deal with several department processes that needed correction. He got the budget under control without sacrificing staff while still meeting the needs of the department. He has handled the last 4 months with grace and ease that truly is inspirational!
