Jason recognized that he needed more than antibiotics and pain meds to improve.
I wanted to pass along my sincere appreciation for the care you provided to my brother. My brother has profound mental disabilities, but he was always treated with kindness and compassion. I want to single out Jason Thomas as an exemplary nurse. He was always respectful and compassionate, not only to my brother but to me and the residential staff from his group home. My brother always invited everyone who entered his room to take him bowling. So, Jason creatively fashioned a bowling ball and used three urinals as pins. He set them up and let my brother knock them down countless times, resulting in much clapping and high fives. Jason recognized that he needed more than antibiotics and pain meds to improve. The kindness and competence shown are much appreciated, and I have told everyone what great care he received.
