Jason Toler must be one of the most attentive, compassionate nurses I have ever encountered. I know he is new on your unit and a fairly new nurse, yet his calm assurance and articulate explanation of every question we asked calmed our fears and kept us informed. He has chosen the right field to work in for sure.
Mom has been in declining health for some time and subsequently, she had a cardioversion, and on the heels of that was coded 3 separate times. Her kidneys were compromised, and it's been touch and go. Jason has been a calm in the storm, and we felt total confidence in his caretaking of our family member. You got a gem when you recruited Jason. He is outstanding! We could not have asked for a better nurse to take care of our loved one. What a great asset to your hospital.
