Jason Unsain, RN

During my more than week-long stay at BCH, I was diagnosed with "atypical, idiopathic pancreatitis." Though I was scared, frustrated, and in excruciating pain, I found some respite under the care of Jason. Besides my own family, he was my biggest advocate. He got me what I needed, stayed on top of my treatment plan, and went out of his way to make sure I was never in the dark. His deadpan humor kept me calm and lifted my spirits enough to make nights bearable. Whenever his name was on my whiteboard, I felt like everything was under control. I had many fabulous nurses, but none more so than Jason.
