I would sincerely like to nominate Jaspreet, night shift clinical coordinator for the DAISY Nurse Leader Award because of her professionalism and the way she helps all staff with respect and kindness whether it’s related to patient care, medications, admissions, or anything else, she is always there for you. She will explain things very well, and spend her time giving good information and guidance which is very useful. She is very knowledgeable and has answers to all questions. Every time I work with her, she has gone above and beyond to help her staff. I feel so comfortable working with her as she is very easy to approach whenever you need.
