Jatona is truly an exceptional director. She has a way of making her staff feel valued. Our efforts never go unnoticed. She is always appreciative of everything her staff does for the department - even the little things. Jatona is also super efficient. If there is any way to improve workflows or outcomes, she makes it happen! She is also very diligent about promoting a safe working environment for her staff. From screening patients that her nurses will go to visit to reaching out to staff that work in the field or here at the main campus, she is always available for advice and will intervene if needed - even if it is just to stand at your side if that's what you need.

I am proud of how Jatona is directing the home care team. She takes a lot of pride and is determined to make Holy Name Home Care great. It takes great skills and determination to direct home care, and Jatona is doing more than a fabulous job. Overall, Jatona has made changes in the department for the better and I look forward to seeing the growth of the homecare department due to having such a fabulous director!
