A patient felt discouraged with her terminal illness. Ms. Jatuporn Charakrabuth has spent ample time comforting the patient and her family.
Ms. Jatuporn pays close attention to alleviating the stress and anxiety of patients and families and boosting their mental state. Ms. Jatuporn gradually described the nature of the disease until the patient and family accepted it. They understood what would happen next and they were ready to deal with those events well. Finally, the patient passed away peacefully.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Ms. Jatuporn, the doctor, the palliative doctors, and the nursing team for their exceptional care during this important time of their lives.
