Minky (Jatzmin) has shown the absolute highest level of care I feel any nurse could give to her patient. I sense she provides the same caring and professionalism to her other patients as well. One can tell she loves her job.
Minky is meticulous about the medical service she provides. She remains on top of my sister's medication, IVs, and all her medical and comfort needs. Minky has gone above and beyond to encourage my sister to get out of bed to sit in a chair and to walk with her.
There is a most important reason both my sister and I feel Minky is so special. When I leave my sister every day when Minky is her assigned nurse, both my sister and I have every confidence and sincere trust that she will be taken care of.
