As a staff member of three years, I have never seen such an exceptional caregiver. Javen is always on the move, he is on top of all his patients. I have never seen another RN be loved by all the patients. He is always so helpful to all of the other RNs. Javen has always had a smile, even when under the mask. Having him as a co-worker has inspired me to provide the best of the best quality care. He is the kindest, most beautiful human being. He does an outstanding job. Communicating and accommodating to all his patients, as a peer, as a peer he has taught me a lot even if I am from a different department. He is someone you can count on.
