The Pre Authorizations Unit has a great Nursing team that, with their experience and knowledge, strives every day to provide the best service to our beneficiaries. An example of the great commitment and service in the Unit is Javier E. Ramos-Pacheco. Javier is a health professional who has demonstrated a great sense of sensitivity and commitment to the evaluation and management of requests for Transportation Services. He takes the time to listen to the needs of each patient and use up all available resources to ensure that the patient can arrive at his appointment in a timely manner and receive the care he deserves. He is an excellent human being who has created an image of credibility and confidence in his work. He stands out for his continuous commitment and is very dear to everyone and helps those who need him.
