I was so anxious and in horrible pain from fracturing my wrist and the two bones in my forearm. Every night I was here, you took excellent care of me on the night shift. You demonstrated that you are an RN who is very intelligent and knowledgeable in your chosen profession. However, just as important, you are a gentle soul who helped me get through this painful injury. P.S. I worked as an RN for over 32 years.

Javier consistently has been on top of the ball by helping me take my medication every 12 hours in order to not mess up my blood draw times when I leave the hospital. On top of this, he is always available to listen to my questions regarding treatments and how I can handle things after I leave the hospital and have to take care of myself at home. His ability to develop a rapport has greatly helped me come to grips with and move past my current challenging condition regarding my amputation. Thank you, Javier.
