I am writing to express my family's great appreciation for the care my mother received in the ICU at Lutheran Hospital last week. All of the staff was exceptionally professional and tremendously helpful. We were treated so kindly and were kept well informed and it was most helpful during this difficult time. My mom received excellent care by all nurses and hospital staff. We wanted to express additional heartfelt gratitude to ICU Nurse, Jaxson Schaefer, who went above and beyond to ensure my mom was well informed, well cared for and comfortable during her stay there. What an outstanding asset to the ICU unit and nursing professional as well.
