My wife and I came to the hospital because she had signs and symptoms of a stroke. I stayed out in my car for hours with my four children and was afraid to bring them all in at once to see her. When Jay saw me and my kids on the bench outside, he asked if my kids had been able to see my wife, and I responded no, because I didn’t think it was possible for all of them to go see her, though they missed her. Shortly after, Jay came and escorted my four children and me back into the emergency room, where my wife was, so that my kids could see their mom. It may seem like a small thing, but it was a big deal to my kids and I am very grateful and thankful for people like Jay and the other nurses who helped my wife at your location.
