I was so scared and confused about what I was going to do with my new diagnosis. Jay called the pharmacy and coordinated everything; he talked to the manager about how anxious I was, and she came in and spent like 30 minutes walking me through everything. Jay went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He printed education out for me. He took his time with me. I don't know what I would've done without him. Case managers don't get many awards, but Jay is special. He is a gem.
