Jaycee is one of the first to always lend a helping hand, not only on her own unit but also with Nursing Leadership, Hospital Committees and other activities such as Community Outreach and Occupational Medicine.
Jaycee is such an amazing asset to our LNRMC team. She works very closely with staff, patients, families, and physicians to make sure the patient experience is the best possible. She is caring, compassionate, and a knowledgeable nurse who supports the patient and is able to answer their most concerning questions. Through many of her efforts and work with the physicians and the hospital, she has assisted with the growth of the service line exponentially. She works directly with the physicians to standardize care for the patients and for the nurses. She represents our facility well on both a local and national level. CHS has called out the orthopedic digital campaign as an exemplary example for the company.
Jaycee is one of the first to always lend a helping hand, not only on her own unit but also with Nursing Leadership, Hospital Committees and other activities such as Community Outreach and Occupational Medicine. Over this past year with COVID, she stepped up to help with Employee Health, an area that was completely unknown to her. While many may have shied away from this, especially during a crisis, I saw Jaycee embrace helping a teammate while learning along the way. During this time, she also worked closely with the other navigators and leaders to find new ways to reach our patients and was a vital part of launching our virtual platform to reach patients that we are still using today.
