As a patient, I want to recognize the exceptional care that I received from Jaydon. He made a real difference in my experience. Jaydon was incredibly skilled and gentle when inserting my IV. I was nervous, but he was calm and confident, which helped me feel more at ease-and he got it on the first try, which I really appreciated.

What meant the most though, was how he worked with such ease and compassion. He was not just doing a job, he was truly caring for me as a person. Jaydon made me feel safe in a vulnerable moment, and that’s something I’ll never forget. Jaydon showed what compassionate, patient-centered care looks like. He was not only professional but also kind and attentive. Treating me like a person, not just a patient. I’m grateful for his care.
