Jayme did a great job in getting replacement medications for me during our recent vacation in Europe. My backpack, including my entire supply of meds, was stolen in Italy on the fourth day of a 16-day vacation traveling throughout Europe. I called the office to ask what I should do and Jayme took over from there to make sure I was taken care of. All I could give her was the website address and fax for a pharmacy in a small town in Belgium that we were headed towards. She figured out a way to communicate my prescription orders to them, which was no easy task given the distance, time zone, and language barriers. They had all of my meds ready for me when I arrived the next day.
Jayme also followed up with me to make sure I received the meds and that everything had worked out as planned. I feel like Jayme truly went beyond in helping me and showed she really cared about not only my health but also me as a person.
