Jayme demonstrated all of the iCare2 (Integrity, Courage, Accountability, Respect and Exceeding Expectations) values with dealing with my husband. She was extremely professional in a very difficult situation with my husband's roommate who treated her very badly and she kept her composure under a very trying situation. She thoroughly explained his status and helped us to understand all that was happening with his care. She went above and beyond in trying to get him removed from a very trying environment which he didn't' need to be exposed to and ended up succeeding in his being moved to an alternate room. Jayme was a very caring professional nurse and I only hope if we have to return that we get the opportunity to have her as our nurse again.
