From years ago when i was hospitalized in Imperial Point Hospital Jayne was the best nurse for me. When I was hospitalized this time Jayne distinguished herself as a gentle nurse. She approached me with kindness. She showed amazing understanding for suffering and the ability to provide understanding for my complaints. She was like a white angel and a provider of reassurance by saying: You are going to be OK. You are in good hands as she walked away with a smile. With Jayne caring for me I felt safe and confident as a patient. I feel deeply that she should be honored for being skilled, compassionate and a down to earth human being. Thank you Jayne for being an outstanding role model among the Imperial Point staff.
