Another Tower Health Hospital had 3 premature infants born within one week in their Emergency Department. Jayne went above and beyond by traveling there on her day off to educate the ED’s nursing staff and assess their neonatal warmer and equipment in the event of a Birth upon Arrival. Jayne oriented the ED staff to the neonatal resuscitation algorithm. The following week, Jayne worked with her own Phoenixville Hospital ED staff, assessing our Birth upon Arrival equipment and policy. She assisted our ED staff to feel more comfortable and prepared in the event of a precipitous delivery. Jayne did all this on her own time. She is very dedicated and collegial. We are so proud to have Jayne on our staff!
