... "Heartside Healthlink provides care to Grand Rapids homeless patients. One of their patients, who also battles alcoholism, was...admitted to ICU with life-threatening injuries. Jaynna and another staff member heard about their patient and took personal time to be his only visitors throughout his stay. Once stable, he was discharged and back on the streets. Jaynna ensured he was closely monitored through Heartside. The patient not only is recovering well but also working to continue his sobriety. All due to outstanding care at Mercy Health Saint Mary's and Jaynna's unwavering compassion and dedication."
