We are very grateful that my father was admitted to Encompass Rehab’s Woburn location. All of the medical staff we have met are very pleasant and professional. Jay is one of the exemplary nurses. We found Jay to be very attentive, warm, and dedicated. I felt that she was treating all patients as if they were her own family members.
