Our mother was admitted late Thursday evening after experiencing a traumatic cardiac event that left her intubated and requiring cardiac IV medications. On Friday Jayson Linville was the assigned RN from 7am-7pm.
From the moment we arrived Friday morning, Jayson explained in detail his assessment findings along with the physician report findings from the cardiac testing. He was even kind enough to pull the report from the Cath Lab to review line by line what was found during the procedure.
As the day progressed, there was a lot of new information provided and meetings with the physician. Our family had absorbed a lot of information and had some hard decisions to make. Jayson was patient and understanding with all our family’s questions and concerns. He was extremely thorough with his answers, assessments, and most of all the care he provide our mother.
Jayson’s level of professionalism and attentiveness does not go unrecognized by every member of our family. He went above and beyond the entire 16 hours he was here and we all feel so blessed to have had him to help us through this difficult time. He was fantastic and we cannot thank him enough for all he did that day.
