Jazmine Carter, RN
Ms. Jazmine oversaw a trusted marine’s care while he was staying at RCH. Her exceptional professionalism and the superior performance of her duties played a significant role in ensuring that a marine with PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, and a military sexual trauma survivor got the best care available.
Her measured and caring personality is immediately clear, allowing her to dynamically engage with patients to build rapport, trust, and confidence. Service members with such challenges, often have short fuses and can be quick to address any wrong doings. Yet, Ms. Jasmine’s poise, self-awareness, and situational awareness, allowed her to provide gold standard care of every touch point, and it is abundantly clear that there is no patient or situation that she cannot adapt to.
