Jazmine is a full time night nurse in the Emergency Department. Jazmine is a very kind and caring nurse who takes a genuine interest in her patients to ensure that they receive the best possible nursing care. Patient comments regarding Jazmine include: she is kind and I felt she cared about me as a person. She is always smiling and approaches every day with a positive attitude. She has demonstrated over the past year the ability to critically think and stay cool under pressure. The Charge nurse role is a difficult one and with fewer resources available on the night shift it increases the difficulty of this position. Jazmine not only accepted the challenge but recognizes the importance of her role and continually seeks out opportunities to increase her knowledge to be successful. Jazmine is a resource for all staff and a valued team member. She was recently promoted to Assistant Nurse Manager, a position she will certainly excel in.
