"We have an awesome team that supports each other and supports the mission of the hospital," she says. Other attributes that make her an outstanding nurse include an ability to establish a great rapport with patients' families, good time management skills, a professional and pleasant demeanor, and the knowledge of when to involve other departments to help with patient needs.
