This nurse was very professional and knowledgeable, and their demeanor was confident and respectful. They explained the order of treatment and each treatment that was performed They gave a calming reassurance and smiled at my occasional humor, all of which helped me to be less stressed and anxious.

This nurse began with my wife, who was weak and with diarrhea, cleaning her and putting on a diaper. They had to do it again while she was in the bed. The RN put in the needles with care and precision. Many nurses stick her multiple times as she has difficult veins. We were with this nurse for 5 hours, and they always had a smile on their face, pleasant personality, courteous and caring. It made my wife and I feel at ease. Always explained what was going on, what they were doing, and explaining the results. We had many good conversations about our families, community, and many other topics. This nurse was by far one of the best nurses we have had and deserves special recognition.
