So many caring moments and good bedside manner. I knew my dad would be treated well when I left for home. Knowledgeable, good follow through, great sense of humor, kind, compassionate, and so much more!

My uncle passed away after being on CCC for over a week. During that time, JD took such excellent care of my uncle that 8 months later, we are still talking about it. My uncle was not an easy person to take care of. He came from a nursing home, was occasionally unable to communicate, had a chronic foley, needed to be fed every meal, handed every pill, and turned every 2 hours. These type of patients can get unpleasant and it is easy to "divorce" patients and take an easier assignment. JD took care of my uncle for a minimum of 6 shifts. By the time my uncle got better, he told everyone how much he appreciated JD and his care. Unfortunately, not long after his discharge, my uncle passed away. Even though he is no longer with us, I am reminded by my family and our memories of how beautifully JD's care and compassion affected my family. JD is truly living the mission.
